Reporting to the Operations Manager,  you will be responsible for day-to-day customer service and administration in relation to property insurance claims. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the QLD Claims Team and kick start or continue your rewarding career in insurance building.   • Prepare and provide documentation relating to the claim
  • Issue purchase orders to specialist trades
  • Approve incoming invoices from respective trades
  • Scope/contract amendments for presentation purposes

    Essential Capabilities and Behaviours

    • Proven customer service and communication skills
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Ability to plan and prioritise
    • High level of computer competency
    • Claims experience (desirable)
    • Insurance and/or building industry experience (desirable)
